CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
The last order date for guaranteed UK Christmas delivery is Monday 16th December. After this date we may still be able to get orders delivered to you in time depending on whether we have the items in stock. For any orders after this date please contact us directly on 01248 810043 to find out if this will be possible.
Our very last posting day will be Friday 20th December.
You can collect any orders for no charge from one of our two galleries in Beaumaris.
Just click COLLECTION ONLY when selecting delivery method. Please note this is only available for customers who are willing to collect their order in person.
We will contact you when the item is in stock and ready to be collected.
We aim to send orders out as quickly as possible, but delivery could take 5-7 working days. If you require an item sooner than this, please contact us directly to check if this possible.
We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on back order or refund you. Small and light goods will be sent out with Royal Mail. Larger items are sent via APC and will require a signature.

Unfortunately we currently don't send items outside of UK.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you would like to return any item please notify us within 30 days.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it is unused and is in the same condition as when you bought it. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs are non refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in the post. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. We recommend you use a tracked service where possible.

In the event of the goods arriving damaged or being faulty we will cover costs of return postage and either refund or exchange the goods. In the case where the products are one off items, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product or contact the designer to see if there is .
